Dear ZAGBA community and friends,
It is our pleasure to invite you to the Annual Jashan Ceremony and Ghambhar event to be held on Saturday October 21, 2023 at:
Common Street Spiritual Center,
13 Common Street,
Natick, MA 01760.
The center has a parking lot behind and many street spots available at the Natick Commons (free on Sat) and we will be using the hall on the lower level. (Please note that there is another event going on in the Main Hall, so please do not enter from there. Closer to the date we will send more instructions on directions and entrance).
For this event ZAGBA will be providing water, beverages (sodas, juice), pizza, and salad (for pizza we will have non-veg and vegetarian options). We will do a potluck of appetizers and dessert, therefore, please consider bringing an appetizer or dessert of your choice that is ready to eat and enough to share with a few people. On the evite which will be sent out shortly, please indicate what appetizer or dessert you will be bringing, so we can balance it out.
In addition, we will have a Game night, with games including Poker, board games, table tennis, card games, carrom board, Bingo etc. Please bring any games you like to play with you and your competitive/game spirit
The event schedule is as follows:
4:30-6:00pm Jashan will start promptly at 4:40pm. Please do not be late if you plan to attend the Jashan. If you are late, please wait outside until you’re allowed to enter so it doesn’t disturb the dasturjis. Members and guests – please bring your topi, scarf and sukhad for Jashan
6:00-7:45pm Appetizers/Games
7:45-8:00pm ZAGBA announcements and recognitions
7:45-9:30pm Pizza and Desserts
9:30pm Wrap-up/End of function

$20.00–Per Senior
$15.00–Full Time University/College Students and Kids (ages 5-17)
Free—–All children 4 years and below
Non-Member Rate* – $10.00 extra per person in each of the above categories

4. Enter the amount
5. Add a note explaining # of people attending and the ages of children attending.
6. Click Continue and choose “How you want to pay”.
7. PayPal balance or Bank debit is better for you (no charge).
8. Click next and then send payment now.
No refunds will be given after October 14, 2023
