Dear ZAGBA community,

Hope all of you are keeping safe and well.  As you are aware, the cases of the Delta Variant are incrementally increasing. 

Given the heightened risk of catching Covid even if you are vaccinated,  the ZAGBA committee and the Church in Westford where the event was to be held have decided to postpone the event on Aug 21 until a future date that is TBD. 

For those who have paid for the event we will cancel and tear the checks and return the Paypal amount for the event back to you.

While very disappointing that we cannot hold this event, keeping our community members including the church members at Westford safe is our primary concern. We hope to organize an in person event soon if the situation improves in the near future.

It is our pleasure to invite ZAGBA members to the  August 21, 2021 – Shahenshahi New Year Function.  

Location: First Parish Church United, 48 Main Street, Westford, MA 01886.

Time:        6:00pm to 10:00pm

Evening Program:

6:00-7:15pm             Meet & Greet, Appetizers served

7:15- 7:30pm             Recognitions, Short Prayer, Board Updates

7:00-9:00pm            Dinner and Dessert

9:00-10:00pm          Music organized by ZAGBA youth /socializing

10:00-10:30pm        Clean Up

 Member Rates:

$25.00–Per Adult 

$20.00–Per Senior

$15.00 –Full time students and kids ages 13-17

$10.00 –Kids ages 5 to 12 years

Free–      All kids ages 4 and below 

In your RSVPs ,please specify the age of your kids and also the number attending in your family.  If you are vegetarian please indicate this too.

IMPORTANT

The location can only allow 100 persons and masks are mandatory indoors whether you are vaccinated or not. As a result, the invitation is initially open to members and their immediate families only. To confirm your spot, please send in your payments no later than end of day August 1, 2021 to Pria Sarma via paypal (Preferred) or by check.

If 100 spots are filled up by members, remaining members will be placed on a wait list in the order the evite responses are received. If there is room, we will open it to members who are on the wait list first followed by non-members. After August 1 it will not be possible to issue refunds for cancellations.

Option 1 

Go to paypal.com and login with your paypal account. Choose Send or Request Money and then Send Money. In the text box enter treasurer.zagba@gmail.com. Enter the amount and then Sending to a friend option. If you fail to do this, ZAGBA does not receive the full amount. Add a note explaining # of people, kids ages etc. if necessary

Click Continue and choose How you want to pay. You may use a Credit card, Paypal balance or Bank debit. It is better for you as you are not charged any fee in that case.

Click next and then send payment now.

Option 2: Check
